Cleveland Park Event Center

The Cleveland Park Event Center offers the finest in meeting and banquet facilities. The Upper Level hall is available to rent on an hourly or daily (10 hour) basis.

Upper Level

There is a 4-hour minimum rental requirement for the Upper Level. Premium Saturdays (April – October and December) require a minimum rental time of 6 hours. Security officers are required for events serving alcohol or if more than 250 guests are expected. The charge for security officers is $25.00 per hour for a 3-hour minimum.

 


John B. Cleveland Event Center Lower Level

Refundable Security/Damage Deposit $150.00
Monday-Thursday $75 per hour or $600 for 10 hours
Monday-Thursday Upper/Lower Combo $1,000 for 10 hours
Monday-Thursday Non-Profit $50 per hour
Friday-Sunday & Holidays $100 per hour or 800 for 10 hours
Friday-Sunday Upper/Lower Combo $1,500 for 10 hours
Alcohol Fee $75.00
There is a 2-hour minimum rental requirement for the Lower Level. Security officers are required for events serving alcohol or if more than 250 guests are expected. The charge for security officers is $25.00 per hour for a 3-hour minimum. Friday-Sunday late afternoon/evening rentals (not in combination with the Upper Level) are not guaranteed. Upper Level functions will receive priority on reservations.

Deposits and fees: The required 50% deposit must be paid at the time the rental contract is signed. The balance of fees must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the event.

Cancellation: Event Center cancellations between 60-90 days of event will result in loss of security deposit. Cancellations less than 60 days will result in loss of 50% of the total amount listed on the itemized fee report. Rescheduling an event will be treated the same as a cancellation.
