4-H, along with Ingrid Norris and the Spartanburg Humane Society will sponsor a program intended to education children on the benefits and responsibilities associated with pet ownership. Each month throughout the school year, Ms. Norris will attend the 4-H meeting at an individual AYC location. She will bring animals from the Spartanburg Humane Society for a live demonstration on how to care for a pet. Topics may include training, grooming, first aid, and other general reponsibilities associated with pet ownership.
