Picnic Shelter

The Milliken Place and Waste Management Picnic Shelters are available for rent in four-hour time blocks. These covered shelters can accommodate up to 100 guests each and are great for family events, company picnics, birthday parties, and church functions. Each shelter is handicap accessible and includes 2 charcoal grills, 10 picnic tables, trash receptacles, lights, and power outlets.

Shelter dimensions: 28' x 46'
Seating capacity: 79 (includes one wheelchair accessible table)
Restrooms: Restrooms are located adjacent to the Event Center parking lot and in the Train Depot
Parking: A large parking lot is located between the two shelters

Morning Block: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm 9:00 am - 1:00pm 
Afternoon Block: 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
     
 Fees  Monday - Friday Saturday, Sunday & Holidays 
 Four Hour Block:  $35.00 $40.00 
 Both Blocks:  $70.00 $80.00
 Additional Hourly Fee:  $9.00 $10.00
 Security Deposit:  $25.00 $25.00
